Tasman metals (TAS) Hits One-Year High on Heavy Volume

NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Tasman Metals  (TAS) spiked to a one-year high of $1.73 on Wednesday on higher-than-average volume.

The company amassed a volume of 1,612,686, more than 11 times its average of 146,007. The stock has a one-year low of 50 cents and hit a low of $1.47 for the day.

Tasman Metals closed up 16.9% to $1.66, 24 cents greater than its previous close of $1.42.
