(Nasdaq:INTL) today announced that the investment banking division of its wholly owned subsidiary, INTL FCStone Securities Inc., acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Korea Flour Mills/ DongA One Corporation relating to a strategic investment by CHS Inc., a leading global agribusiness owned by farmers, ranchers and cooperatives across the U.S. CHS Inc. is investing in an exchangeable bond with an option to convert into DongA One Corporation equity. Terms are not disclosed. In addition, Korea Flour Mills and CHS, Inc. will closely work together to develop various strategic initiatives in South Korea and Asia.
