She will lead the charge to grow and develop our talented workforce.” Newly appointed CSO Sara Clemens is a seasoned technology, media and telecommunications leader with extensive experience building businesses across a broad range of international markets, including Europe, North America, Latin America, Middle East and Greater Asia Pacific. Ms. Clemens will lead the company’s ongoing business strategy, corporate development and international expansion efforts. She will report to the CEO, Brian McAndrews. Ms. Clemens has held leadership positions in corporate development and strategy at major consumer technology companies including LinkedIn and Microsoft. She established the business development, international expansion and M&A functions for the Xbox division, helping to transform Xbox from a gaming platform into a mass-market entertainment platform. Kristen Robinson will join Pandora in the newly-created role of Chief Human Resources Officer and will lead human resources for Pandora’s global offices. Ms. Robinson joins Pandora from Yahoo where she led the company’s global HR centers of excellence and international HR teams.Ms. Robinson has expertise in building global teams for technology companies, including Hewlett-Packard, Agilent Technologies and Verigy, where she was the Chief Human Resources Officer before joining Yahoo. She has experience in finance, marketing and new venture management and has worked closely with boards to help companies achieve growth through talent acquisition, development and retention. “I’m excited to join Pandora during this time of rapid expansion,” said Ms. Robinson. “A company is only as strong as its people.
