Cramer says one of the reasons Ford was able to avoid bankruptcy during the financial crisis is Mullaly had the foresight to raise a lot of cash before the great recession. Cramer believes the biggest issue for Mullaly right now is cleaning up a 'mess' in Europe within the next year.
