Five Below (FIVE) was downgraded to sell at TheStreet Ratings.

Groupon (GRPN) was downgraded at RBC Capital to underperform. Company cut its guidance, given weaker billings trends, RBC Capital said.

Blackhawk (HAWK) was upgraded at Wedbush to neutral from underperform. Valuation call, based on a 12-month price target of $18.

Nordstrom (JWN) was downgraded at Stifel Nicolaus to hold from buy. Company guided toward lower margins in the coming quarters, Stifel Nicolaus said.

National Cinemedia (NCMI) was downgraded at Stifel Nicolaus to hold from buy. Company cut guidance, because of weaker national advertising trends, Stifel Nicolaus said.

Raptor (RPTP) was downgraded at Ladenburg to neutral from buy. Tetrabenazine will likely require more data and peer reviews, Ladenburg said.

Signet (SIG) was upgraded at Sterne Agee to buy. Twelve-month price target is $120. Zale purchase should add to earnings, Sterne Agee said.

Seagate (STX) was upgraded at RBC Capital to outperform from sector perform. Industry should benefit from a stable pricing and enterprise growth, RBC Capital said.

Whole Foods (WFM) was initiated with an outperform rating at Oppenheimer. Twelve-month price target is $63. Company is a market leader and can continue to gain market share in the natural/organics market, Oppenheimer said.

Crosstex (XTXI) was upgraded at Wunderlich to buy from hold. Twelve-month price target is $51. Company can deliver above-average dividend growth over the coming quarters, Wunderlich said.

Aruba Networks (ARUN) price target, EPS estimates were increased at Jefferies. Gaining market share and acceleration of 802.11 ac adoption. $22.50 price target and Hold rating.

Cabot Oil & Gas (COG) price target was raised at UBS. Solid fourth-quarter beat on stronger-than-expected production and lower costs. Twelve-month price target. Neutral rating.

DexCom (DXCM) price target was raised at Jefferies. Pediatrics and integrated CGM/pump and next gen products supporting growth, Jefferies said. Twelve-month price target is $50. Buy rating.

EPAM Systems (EPAM) price target was raised at UBS. Twelve-month price target is now $47. Driven by growing headcount, increasing utilization and rising prices, UBS said. Buy rating.

Eaton Vance (EV) estimates, price target were cut at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch. Twelve-month price target is now $40. Estimates were also reduced, as the company is seeing fee pressure, Bank of America/Merrill Lynch said. Underperform rating.

Honeywell (HON) estimates, price target were raised at Credit Suisse. Twelve-month price target is now $104. Estimates also increased, as the company will likely offer upbeat guidance at its investor conference next month, Credit Suisse said. Neutral rating.

Hewlett Packard (HPQ) price target, EPS estimates were increased at UBS. Improved execution increased PC and x86 server, while cost cutting should benefit by 50 cents this year, UBS said. Twelve-month price target is $32.50. Neutral rating.

Jack in the Box (JACK) numbers were increased at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch. Estimates were raised through 2015. Company is realizing higher margins, BofA/Merrill said. Buy rating and new 12-month price target of $66.

Juniper (JNPR) estimates, price target were raised at MKM Partners. Twelve-month price target is now $34. Estimates were also increased, as the company is cutting costs and buying back stock, MKM Partners said. Buy rating.

Newmont Mining (NEM) price target, EPS estimates were lowered at Jefferies. Lower gold prices, Jefferies said. Twelve-month price target is now $17. Underperform rating.

Priceline.com (PCLN) numbers were boosted at Benchmark. Twelve-month price target is now $1,550. Estimates were also upped, as room-night growth is accelerating, Benchmark said. Buy rating.

Quanta Services (PWR) price target, EPS estimates were raised at UBS. Confidence in power growth and pipeline to accelerate, UBS said. Twelve-month price target is $40. Buy rating.

SCANA (SCG) price target was lifted at UBS. Twelve-month price target is now $50. Peak spending years now starting and modules CA20, CA04 and CA03 remain on-track for 2014. Neutral rating.

Trinity Industries (TRN) price target, EPS estimates were bumped up at UBS. Driven by growth in Rail as railcars came in stronger than typical market share. Twelve-month price target is $68. Neutral rating.

Wal-Mart (WMT) numbers were reduced at BMO Capital. Twelve-month price target is $79. Estimates were also cut, as the company guided toward higher costs, BMO Capital said. Market Perform rating.
