Columbia Property Trust Declares First Quarter 2014 Dividend

Columbia Property Trust, Inc. (NYSE:CXP) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.20 per share on an annualized basis, for the first quarter of 2014. The dividend will be paid on March 18, 2014, to shareholders of record as of March 3, 2014.
