First Quarter 2014 Investor Conference Call

The company will host its first quarter 2014 investor conference call on Tuesday, April 29, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. (ET). First quarter 2014 financial results will be announced on Monday, April 28, 2014 after the close of the New York Stock Exchange.

Annual Meeting of Shareholders

The company will host its annual meeting of shareholders on Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at its headquarters at 707 Second Avenue South in Minneapolis at 11:00 a.m. (CT) / noon (ET). Holders of record of Ameriprise Financial common stock as of Tuesday, March 4, 2014 are entitled to vote at the meeting.

Financial Community Meeting

The company will host its financial community meeting on Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at 7 World Trade Center in New York City beginning at 9:00 a.m. (ET). Senior management will update the financial community on the company’s performance, strategy and key areas of focus.
