TCF To Hold Its Annual Meeting On April 23, 2014

TCF Financial Corporation (“TCF”) (NYSE:TCB) today announced its annual meeting of stockholders will be held on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. CT at the Marriott Minneapolis West, 9960 Wayzata Boulevard, St. Louis Park, Minnesota. Holders of record of TCF common stock at the close of business on February 24, 2014 will be eligible to vote at the annual meeting.
