Brian DelGhiaccio has been named senior vice president, Finance and Marsha Lacy has been named vice president, Treasurer. Prior to joining Republic, Mr. DelGhiaccio was a senior consultant with Arthur Andersen. He earned his Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Finance from the University of Arizona. Marsha LacyAs the Company's treasurer, Ms. Lacy will be responsible for Republic's corporate finance and cash management activities, including bank relationship management. She will report to Mr. DelGhiaccio. Ms. Lacy joined Republic in 1999 and during her tenure progressed through several positions of increasing responsibility including the role of director, Cash Management as well as her most recent role of senior director, assistant treasurer. Prior to joining Republic, she held several roles in the retail industry including vice president, controller; treasury manager; and just prior to joining Republic she served as director, Financial Services for PetSmart. Ms. Lacy earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
