Irvine, Feb. 3, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Terra Tech Corp (TRTC) and theirmanagement recently became aware of a press release from a companycalled LiveWire Ergogenics inc. referencing Eric Krogius and RobertDrust as Co-Founders of Terra Tech Corp.   Terra Techbelieves this to be materially false.  These individuals wereinvestors but in no way associated or involved with the companiesoperating team or Board of Directors.  In addition LiveWiredidn't have authorization to utilize Terra Tech's ticker symbol inthe release.  The company is utilizing all resources and meansto protect their shareholders as well as the integrity of theirpublic reporting.  Terra Tech's legal counsel is currentlyreviewing the company's options.
