UBS Wealth Management Americas, a division of UBS AG, announced today that it has hired Paul Allen as Head of Corporate Business Development for its Equity Plan Advisory Services group. Allen will lead an experienced sales team that will work with UBS Financial Advisors who specialize in the equity compensation space to deliver a consultative, solutions-based approach in acquiring new corporate clients.
