NEW YORK ( TheStreet) -- CHANGE IN RATINGS

Dollar Tree (DLTR) was downgraded at Sterne Agee to neutral from buy. Twelve-month price target is $56. Valuation call, after the stock ran 39% in 2013, Sterne Agee said.

Fluor (FLR) was upgraded at Canaccord Genuity to buy from hold. Equipment stocks are still trading at a discount to usual midcycle multiples, Canaccord Genuity said.

Informatica (INFA) was upgraded at Credit Suisse to outperform from neutral. Twelve-month price target is $52. Expecting a good quarter and the data integration market is not dead, Credit Suisse said.

Juniper (JNPR) was upgraded at FBR Capital Markets to market perform from underperform. Twelve-month price target is $25. Activist proposals could help unlock shareholder value, FBR Capital Markets said.

Morgan Stanley (MS) was downgraded to hold at TheStreet Ratings.

Natural Resources Partners (NRP) was downgraded to hold at TheStreet Ratings.

Nuvasive (NUVA) was upgraded at Leerink Swann to outperform from market perform. Twelve-month price target is $45. Estimates were also boosted, based on improving execution, Leerink Swann said.

Oracle (ORCL) was downgraded at Oppenheimer to perform from outperform. Valuation call, as the stock has gained 28% in the past six months, Oppenheimer said.

Red Hat (RHT) was upgraded at Oppenheimer to outperform from perform. Twelve-month price target is $74. Uptrend in business fundamentals appears sustainable, Oppenheimer said.

Scripps Networks (SNI) was upgraded at Citigroup to neutral from sell. Valuation call, Citigroup said.

Superior Energy (SPN) was downgraded at Wells Fargo to market perform from outperform. Company could continue to lose market share to competitors, Wells Fargo said.


Southwestern Energy (SWN) was upgraded at Sterne Agee to buy. Twelve-month price target is $48. Natural gas price outlook is improving, Sterne Agee said.

Towers Watson (TW) was downgraded at Citigroup to neutral from buy. Valuation call, Citigroup said.

UMB Financial (UMBF) was upgraded at Sterne Agee to buy from neutral. Twelve-month price target is $75. Estimates were also increased, given higher loan growth and lower expenses, Sterne Agee said.

Verizon (VZ) was downgraded at Pacific Crest to sector perform. Company is facing increased competition, Pacific Crest said.

( AMTD) price target, estimates were increased at UBS. Growth prospects of core franchise, which is accelerating in improving macro environment, UBS said. Twelve-month price target is $36. Neutral rating.

Baker Hughes (BHI) estimates, price target were raised at Jefferies. The company lifted its own numbers, Jefferies said. Driven by U.S. onshore potential, core market strength in Saudi and Norway and FCF improvements, Jefferies said. Twelve-month price target is $65. Buy rating.

Bank of New York Mellon (BK) price target, estimates were lowered at Jefferies. The company lowered its own numbers, Jefferies said. Higher expense forecasts and growth held back by low rates, Jefferies said. Twelve-month price target is $36. Hold rating.

Cree (CREE) estimates, price target were cut at Wedbush. Twelve-month price target is now $73. Estimates were also reduced, given increased price competition, Wedbush said. Outperform rating.

Texas Instruments (TXN) numbers were raised at Credit Suisse. Twelve-month price target is now $44. Estimates were also increased, given the company's new guidance, Credit Suisse said. Neutral rating.

United Rentals (URI) price target, EPS estimates were increased at UBS. The company increased its own numbers, UBS said. Valuation call based on return on invested capital comparison to best-in-class industrials, UBS said. Twelve-month price target is $92. Buy rating.
