GE's stock closed at $27.50 Thursday.  The shares returned 38% during 2013.

The shares trade for 14.9 times the consensus 2015 earnings estimate of $1.85 a share, among analysts polled by Thomson Reuters.  The consensus 2014 EPS estimate is $1.71.

GE's shares were down slightly in premarket trading, to $27.44.
