S oTHERLY Hotels Inc. (NASDAQ: SOHO) (the “Company”) today announced that it has promoted Scott Kucinski to Vice President of Operations and Investor Relations. Mr. Kucinski will help oversee the Company’s corporate operations activities including capital markets transactions, acquisitions and dispositions, asset management, and investor relations and compliance matters. Mr. Kucinski joined the Company in 2004 and has served in a variety of roles including Director of Construction Services and, most recently, Director of Investor Relations. Mr. Kucinski holds an MBA from the Mason School of Business at the College of William and Mary and a BA from Washington and Lee University. Mr. Surette will help manage the Company’s financial reporting and corporate accounting functions. Mr. Surette previously served as Senior Accountant for Landmark Apartment Trust where he was primarily responsible for SEC reporting. Mr. Surette holds an MBA from Babson College and a BS in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
