Actuant Corporation (NYSE:ATU) today announced that Brian Kobylinski has been named Executive Vice President - Energy Segment and China following the departure of Sheri Roberts who is leaving the Company to pursue other interests. Mr. Kobylinski most recently served as Executive Vice President - Industrial Segment and China. He is a 20 year veteran of Actuant and has held various roles of increasing responsibility including Hydratight business and Energy Segment leadership. In addition, Actuant announced that Mark Sefcik has been promoted to Executive Vice President - Industrial Segment. Mr. Sefcik is currently the Enerpac business leader and he will continue to manage that business, in addition to his segment responsibilities, until such time as a successor is determined. He joined Actuant in his current role five years ago from HUSCO International where he was an Executive Vice President.
