Graña Y Montero Completes Purchase Of 16.9% Stake In Norvial S.A. From Besco S.A.

Graña y Montero S.A.A. (“Graña y Montero”, “G&M” or the “Company”), the largest engineering and construction company in Peru, announced the completion of the purchase of the totality of shares that Besco S.A. owns in Norvial S.A. at an agreed price of S/. 51’435,580.00.

The shares are classified as “Class B shares” and represent the 16.9% in Norvial S.A. This increases the company’s stake in Norvial S.A. up to 67.0%.
