("Global" or the "Company") (NYSE:GGS) today announced that it has declared a cash dividend of $143.75 per share on its 11.5% Series A Cumulative Preferred Stock (the "Preferred Stock"), equivalent to a cash dividend of $0.14375 per depositary share, each representing a 1/1000th interest in a share of the Preferred Stock (the "Depositary Shares"). The dividend will be paid on December 31, 2013 to holders of record of the Depositary Shares as of December 30, 2013.
