Trinity Industries, Inc. Announces The Expansion Of Its Custom Galvanizing Operations

Trinity Industries, Inc. (NYSE:TRN) today announced that its subsidiary, U.S. Galvanizing, LLC, has acquired a galvanizing facility located in San Antonio, Texas from Southwest Galvanizing, Inc. The facility provides a full range of hot dip galvanizing services for the San Antonio area and surrounding markets serving a diverse group of industrial and energy end markets. The assets and results of operations of this acquisition will be reflected in the Construction Products Group for financial reporting purposes and will not have a material impact on Trinity’s consolidated results.
