This specialization recognizes that PCM has the expertise to provide sophisticated, value-added Cisco Unified Communications solutions through in-depth sales capabilities, technology implementation skills and fully managed service offerings. The Cisco Master Unified Communications Specialization is the highest level of expertise in this category within the Cisco Channel Partner program.

PCM, Inc. will now have a special indicator representing this achievement within the Cisco Partner Locator which will enable customers, Cisco personnel and partners to identify PCM as having achieved this significant specialization.
