(OTCQB:SMTP), a global provider of email delivery services, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.024 per common share to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 20, 2013. The dividend, which will be paid on November 29, 2013, represents a 4.3% increase over the second quarter's rate of $0.023 per share and a 33.3% increase compared to the same period of 2012.
