This leadingU.K.-based optical retail group is using the best-of-breed solutionfor data integration and business intelligence to unlock the hiddenvalue of the company's fast-growing data. This valuable data isbeing used to cross-sell and up-sell glasses, contact lenses andother optical accessories, while simultaneously maintaining moreintimate and rewarding customer relationships.
