The Coca-Cola Company Prices $5.0 Billion Of Senior Notes

The Coca-Cola Company today announced that it priced $500 million aggregate principal amount of floating rate notes due 2016, $500 million aggregate principal amount of 0.750% notes due 2016, $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 1.650% notes due 2018, $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 2.450% notes due 2020 and $1.5 billion aggregate principal amount of 3.200% notes due 2023 in an underwritten, registered public offering. The transaction is expected to close on November 1, 2013, subject to customary closing conditions. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to fund the repayment or redemption of the Company’s 0.75% Notes due 2013, Floating Rate Notes due 2014 and 3.625% Notes due 2014, to pay related fees and expenses, including redemption premiums, and for general corporate purposes.
