(Nasdaq:USAP) announced today that it has entered into a long-term agreement with Haynes International, Inc. (Nasdaq:HAYN) whereby Universal Stainless will provide Haynes with vacuum induction melting (VIM) capacity as well as with forging services on a conversion basis. In turn, Haynes will provide Universal Stainless with technology expertise for producing advanced nickel-based alloys.
