Atlas Resource Partners, L.P. Increases Distribution To $0.56 For The Third Quarter 2013

Atlas Resource Partners, L.P. (NYSE: ARP) today declared an increased quarterly distribution for the third quarter 2013 of $0.56 per common unit with a coverage ratio of approximately 1.1x. This $0.56 per common unit distribution represents an approximate 4% increase over the second quarter 2013 distribution of $0.54 per common unit, as well as a 30% increase from the third quarter 2012 distribution of $0.43 per common unit. The distribution is payable Thursday, November 14, 2013 to holders of record as of Wednesday, November 6, 2013.
