He will be based out of Korn/Ferry's Princeton office. Mr. Deussing joins Korn/Ferry from a global executive recruiting firm, where he served as Senior Partner in the Technology and Industrial practices. He works closely with high growth companies, having served in that firm's CEO & Board and Financial Officers practices, as well as in the Private Equity & Venture Capital Practice, where he worked closely with investor groups and owners in advising their growth company portfolios. Mr. Deussing also served on the Americas leadership team.
