EPR Properties (NYSE:EPR) announced today the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 3,600,000 of its common shares. The offering is being conducted as a public offering pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement under the Securities Act of 1933. The Company will receive approximately $176.8 million of gross proceeds, before deducting underwriting discounts and estimated offering expenses.
