DCT Industrial Trust Inc.® Sells Entire Mexico Portfolio

DCT Industrial Trust Inc. ® (NYSE: DCT), a leading industrial real estate company, today announced it has sold its entire portfolio of Mexico assets to an investment trust of Macquarie Mexican REIT for $82.7 million.

The disposition of these assets marks the continued progress towards the Company’s strategic goal of further focusing its portfolio in major U.S. distribution markets and reducing the number of markets in which it operates.
