Pitney Bowes Inc. (NYSE:PBI) today announced that Christoph Stehmann has been named President of Ecommerce and Shipping Solutions at Pitney Bowes. In this newly created position, Stehmann will be responsible for all of the company’s ecommerce and shipping businesses. Previously, Stehmann was President of Document Messaging Technologies (DMT) at Pitney Bowes.

In this role, Snyder was the leader of McKinsey's Stamford office and focused on serving clients in the technology, media and communications sectors. Her work spanned strategy, operations, marketing and sales, working with clients to drive sustainable performance and build capabilities. Snyder holds S.M. and Ph.D. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Miami. Both appointments are effective November 1, 2013.
