The board of LiqTech is pleased to announce that the special offer raised $4,051,000 which included the exercise of 100,000 warrants by Aldo Petersen, Chairman of LiqTech, 25,000 stock options by Lasse Andreassen, founder and board member of LiqTech and 50,000 stock options by Soren Degn, CFO of LiqTech. The board noted that the additional capital was an orderly solution to improving the Company's capital structure as well as enhancing the ability of LiqTech to list on an exchange.
