A total of 23,829,505 shares, or approximately 75.2%, of the total number of shares entitled to vote at the meeting were represented. All proposals were approved, except for Proposal 2. Proposal 2 was supported by approximately 78.3% of the shares represented at the meeting (excluding abstentions), but only by approximately 46.3% of the votes of the non-controlling shareholders (excluding abstentions), thereby falling short of the majority of non-controlling votes required by a recent amendment to Israeli law for the approval of this proposal.
