Bank Of The Ozarks, Inc. Announces Increased Regular Quarterly Dividend

Bank of the Ozarks, Inc. (NASDAQ: OZRK) announced its Board of Directors has approved a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.21 per common share payable October 18, 2013 to shareholders of record as of October 11, 2013. The dividend of $0.21 per share represents an increase of $0.02 per share, or 11%, over the dividend paid in the previous quarter. The Company has increased its quarterly dividend in fifteen of the last sixteen quarters, including the past thirteen consecutive quarters.
