Top gainers within the industry include Magellan Midstream Partners L.P ( MMP), up 3.9%, Enterprise Products Partners ( EPD), up 2.5%, Williams Companies ( WMB), up 2.2%, Energy Transfer Partners L.P ( ETP), up 2.2% and Phillips 66 ( PSX), up 1.8%.
