United Silver Corp. The Company disputes that an event of default has occurred, states that the legal action is not justified, and intends to defend the action vigorously. The Company has until early October, 2013, to file a reply. The Company has been negotiating with several parties with respect to the refinance of the HUSC debt and the further development of the Crescent Mine, but there is no binding or definitive agreement yet reached.
