PVA will participate in the third annual Global Investment Conference, hosted by Euro Pacific Capital, in New York on Tuesday, September 10, 2013. PVA's presentation time is 2:00 p.m. Eastern time. Steven A. Hartman, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will present an overview of PVA's operations, including a discussion of strategy and recent activities.

PVA will participate in the DUG Eagle Ford Conference and Exhibition, hosted by Hart Energy, in San Antonio on Wednesday, September 18, 2013.
