Ericsson Acquires Airvana's EVDO Business

·         Acquisition ensures long-term support for Ericsson's CDMA customers·         38 employees of Airvana Network Solutions have joined EricssonEricsson (NASDAQ:ERIC), a world-leading provider of communications technologyand services, announced today it has acquired Airvana Network Solutions' EVDObusiness. The transaction was structured as a stock purchase.Airvana's approximately 38 EVDO specialists joined Ericsson group. AirvanaNetwork Solutions is a Massachusetts-based company and supplier of EVDO softwareto Ericsson.
