Edison International And Southern California Edison Declare Dividends

The Board of Directors of Edison International (NYSE: EIX) today declared a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.3375 per share, payable on October 31, 2013, to shareholders of record on September 30, 2013.

Additionally, the Board of Directors of Southern California Edison Company today declared a quarterly dividend of $1.2775 per share on the Series A preference stock, payable on October 31, 2013, to shareholders of record on October 4, 2013.
