On the negative front, Marten Transport ( MRTN), down 2.8%, Vitran Corporation ( VTNC), down 2.2%, Ardmore Shipping ( ASC), down 2.1% and Hawaiian Holdings ( HA), down 2.1% , were all laggards within the transportation industry with United Continental Holdings ( UAL) being today's transportation industry laggard.
