On the negative front, top decliners within the industry include Plains All American Pipeline ( PAA), down 1.4%, Tenaris ( TS), down 1.1%, Enbridge ( ENB), down 0.7% and Chevron ( CVX), down 0.5%. Top gainers within the industry include Petroleo Brasileiro SA Petrobras ( PBR), up 1.4%, Marathon Oil ( MRO), up 1.1% and Halliburton Company ( HAL), up 0.6%.
