Wal-Mart ( WMT) and Macy's ( M): One stock does not a trend make, but when two big retailers report the same sluggish sales, Cramer said, it might be time to use caution.

PRGO Chart PRGO data by YCharts

Perrigo ( PRGO): Generic drugs are still all the rage, said Cramer, and after this company's merger with Elan, Perrigo will continue to be a winner for shareholders, with huge growth potential.

NGVC Chart NGVC data by YCharts

Natural Grocers ( NGVC): Does healthy eating translate to profits for all healthy grocers? Not for this stock, which is now fully valued at 70 times earnings, Cramer said.
