The 2013 campaign features Elizabeth and Kathryn Fortunato, twin sisters behind acclaimed New York City-based jewelry and accessories brand Lizzie Fortunato. Only 28-years-old, they have turned a creative passion into an international business with more than 70 premium retail partners across the globe. Their jewelry has been covered by Vogue, Elle, Harper’s Bazaar, and The New York Times. “When Elizabeth and Kathryn couldn't find jewelry that reflected their personal style, they decided to create it,” said Kimberly Barta, SOREL’s senior global brand director. “Their work and our boots are inspired by the outdoors and by bold women everywhere. They authentically represent a generation of doers, creators and entrepreneurs.” The 2013 “Get Your Boots Dirty” campaign was created by Sausalito, Calif.-based advertising agency, Butler, Shine, Stern & Partners (BSSP), in collaboration with photographer Lauren Ward. SOREL’s “Get Your Boots Dirty” integrated campaign will appear throughout fall and winter editions of Marie Claire, People StyleWatch, InStyle, Vogue, Teen Vogue, Elle, Paper, Nylon, and Interview. The campaign will also be featured digitally on The Zoe Report, Refinery29 and Who What Wear, among others.
