Ecolab Sells Mobotec Equipment Business

Ecolab Inc. announced it has sold substantially all the capital equipment design and build business of its Mobotec air emissions control business to The Power Industrial Group, a leading mechanical engineering business based in the United Kingdom. The Mobotec equipment design and build business had 2012 sales of $27 million. Ecolab has retained Mobotec’s chemical business. No further details were disclosed.
