Total assets at June 30, 2013 were $236,748,000 compared to $228,086,000 at December 31, 2012.

The decrease in net income was principally due to a decrease in unrealized gains on derivative instruments and slight increases in lease operating expenses partially offset by increases in oil and gas sales and decreased depreciation and depletion.
