Rexnord Corporation Launches Syndication Of Senior Secured Credit Facility

Rexnord Corporation (“Rexnord”) (NYSE: RXN) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiaries, RBS Global, Inc. and Rexnord LLC, will seek to refinance their senior secured term facilities with a new 7-year term loan in an aggregate amount of approximately $1.95 billion and to modify certain provisions applicable to their existing revolving credit facility. The proceeds of the new term loan will be used to refinance the existing senior secured term loan, to purchase, redeem or discharge all of their outstanding 8½% Senior Notes due 2018 and to pay related fees and expenses. The proposed refinancing of the senior secured credit facilities and related transactions are subject to customary conditions, market conditions and other factors, and may not occur as described or at all.
