Vera Bradley Announces Reporting Date For Fiscal Year 2014 Second Quarter Results

FORT WAYNE, Ind., Aug. 5, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Vera Bradley, Inc. (Nasdaq:VRA) announced today that it plans to report its fiscal year 2014 second quarter results on Wednesday, September 11, 2013, after the market closes. Please note the change from the previously mentioned date of September 5, 2013. This change is being made in consideration of Rosh Hashanah.

The Company also plans to hold a conference call to discuss its financial results the same day at 4:30 p.m. ET. A live webcast of the conference call will be available in the investor relations section of the Company's website, www.verabradley.com.    

In addition, a replay of the call will be available shortly after the conclusion of the call and remain available through September 25, 2013.
