In connection with this offering, the Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,475,000 shares of common stock. Total gross proceeds from the offerings will be approximately $198,000,000, exclusive of any proceeds attributable to the underwriters' possible exercise of their option to purchase additional securities.
