NEW YORK, July 30, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sotheby's (NYSE:BID) acknowledged today's Schedule 13D filing by Marcato Capital Management reporting a stake in Sotheby's comprised primarily of shares underlying call options.
