(NYSE: RATE; the "Company") today announced that it has delivered a Conditional Notice of Full Redemption (the "Notice") to holders of its outstanding 11 ¾% Senior Secured Notes Due 2015 (the "Notes"). The Notice called for redemption all of the currently outstanding $195.0 million aggregate principal amount of Notes on August 24, 2013 (the "Redemption Date").
