("EveryWare" or the "Company") (Nasdaq:EVRY), a leader in the consumer tabletop and foodservice markets, announced today that it has signed a key, exclusive licensing and promotional agreement with Ana Maria Braga, a well-known Brazilian television personality, author and publisher.  The agreement, whereby EveryWare products will be branded and sold under Ana Maria Braga brand names, establishes a foothold for the Company in a $1.2 billion and growing tabletop market in Brazil.  Specific financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Ms. Braga enjoys near complete brand name recognition as one of the most recognizable cooking/lifestyle television personalities in Brazil.  Ms. Braga is also host of Brazil's most watched morning show, "Mais Você," which averages 100 million viewers per year and close to 5 million per day. Ms. Braga's empire also includes a publishing company that has sold over 14 million books, largely focused on cooking.  She is also active on social media with over 2.5 million followers on Twitter and over 2 million Facebook friends.
