(NYSE: PHM) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per common share payable August 12, 2013, to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 5, 2013. The Board of Directors also approved a share repurchase authorization of $250 million, raising the Company's total available authorization to $352 million. The Company may repurchase shares in the open market, in privately negotiated transactions, or otherwise, depending on prevailing market conditions and other factors. The share repurchase program may be suspended or discontinued at any time.
