Moody's Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend

The Board of Directors of Moody's Corporation (NYSE: MCO) has declared a regular quarterly dividend of 25 cents per share of MCO Common Stock, a 25 percent increase from the prior quarterly dividend of 20 cents per share. The dividend will be payable on September 10, 2013 to stockholders of record at the close of business on August 20, 2013.
